Are trail passes necessary?
Yes, each individual will need a trail pass. They can be bought on-site.
Is there a security hold on my credit card?
Yes. A $1500 credit card hold is required upon arrival and will be released with no charges to the card upon the return of the machine, provided there is no damage.
What is my maximum out-of-pocket for damages to the machine?
It’s up to $1500 or less, depending on the extent of the damage. We take pride in offering the most affordable insurance directly through Polaris Adventures in case of damage.
How long will it take for the credit card hold to be released?
It depends on your bank, but it can take up to 7 days.
Do we need to refuel and wash the rental vehicle before returning it?
Yes
What is the minimum age to rent and drive a Polaris UTV?
21 with a valid driver’s license.
What is the minimum age to rent and drive a Slingshot?
25 with a valid driver’s license.
What are the Polaris UTV passenger requirements?
The passenger must be able to keep their feet on the floor and reach handholds. No one under six is allowed on Hatfield-McCoy Trails.
Are car and booster seats allowed?
No, car and booster seats are not allowed in our rentals.
